Worst service ever! my 4th time giving them a chance. for some reason they can’t get it together at this store. the food here is so good and it’s hard not to try and support a local business. I would rather travel to cinci or Denver to get a quality experience at a P.F Chang’s. the managers have even changed every time I’ve been here. I will never go back…

My boyfriend and I recently went during happy hour. The appetizers were a good deal (30-50%) off, but the service was terrible. I won’t be returning.
Wasn’t a fan of the food. I really like the decor, table settings, and atmosphere. It was a great place to meet up with friends in an relaxed atmosphere. What I didn’t like was the food. I was under the impression that the food here was really fresh from what I was told. The spring rolls were disappointing just a fried egg roll. And my entree shrimp and broccoli was no different then what you would get at a chinese buffet, except plated fancy.
Bad service. Bad food. Lousy decor. Way over priced. Worst PFChangs I have been to. (None are that great, this one is really bad. ).
What’s the big deal? The place sucks. Lots of money for food that’s not as good as frozen entrees at the grocery store. Nice horse out front though.
I don’t know what all the hype is about. We sent one dish back because it tasted like soap, I kid you not. They also were out of Wasabi? How is that?
