OK riff on Arabic Food. I’ve eaten at a lot of authentic Arabic restaurants and Parsley does the food justice. The restaurant is bright and inviting and the staff is friendly and accomidating. I tried the lunch special, a sample of four meat dishes, rice and house salad with pita and garnishes. Everything was fresh (even the tomato which is a bonus in February in Michigan). While the Shawarma was a little bland the shish tawook was tasty. I realy liked the house dressing. For $6.99 it was a bargain.
Lousy food. Good location, on Monroe mall, near stuff downtown. Confusing choices on wall menu. Pleasant efficient staff with good service. Clean environment. Short wait to have food served at dinner time. BUT: the food itself: undercooked grilled meat, tasteless baba ghanoush and hummus. Bland salad. Nice pita bread. Everything is served in styrofoam and plastic. I would not go back. Now I knowq why there was a long wait at Big O’s at the same time this placve was empty: the food!
I go here on a regular basis and don’t have any complaints! Everything I’ve eaten there has been delicious and affordable, the service is fast and friendly, the restaurant is always very clean, and they have great lunch specials!

Fantastic Mediterranean Food. My boyfriend and I get the chicken shwarma with everything but olives and it’s delicious and healthy. I always feel satisfied after eating their food and I love the fact that they keep the place very clean and orderly. We like the friendly staff and we feel the food is affordable.
Wonderful service, great food!. Every time I have been to Parsley (at least a dozen), I have been greeted at the counter by a very friendly member of the staff. I have become infatuated with the stuffed grape leaves and falafel pita wraps. I can’t stay away from Parsley. Everything about this restaurant is amazing. Get a pita wrap, and prepare to be wowed.
