Great Place!. Family-friendly place for a weekend lunch with great service, relaxed atmosphere (sports with tv in some of the booths!). We had fantastic pizza and my Maddalena’s Salad (mixed greens, blue cheese, walnuts, cherries & grilled chicken) was delicious! We will definitely return again!
Stromboli was larger than expected – very good economical meal. Friendly bartender. Later I was able to comfortably relax and watch tv while working on laptop and wasting some time in between jobs.
Typical Sports Bar. Stopped in to get dinner before a concert at The Intersection. The pizza on the table next to us looked good but we were in a bit of a rush so we ordered sandwiches. I tried the Grilled Chicken Panini and my son got the California Burger. Both arrived in a reasonable amount of time and were tasty. He got fries for a $1 more. I stuck with the chips which are house made and very good. The server was friendly and checked back often.
Poor service on a weds night? Had to ask for refills. Food wasn’t hot. Pour quality ingredients. How can u mess up pizza when it is a main item. Potato skins were blah and we got charged .50 for a sprinkle of green onions. Lemonade was colored water. Best part was the side salad, but even that had leathery grape tomatoes. Oh yeah I dropped something under the table, amongst the piles of trash was a 1.00 bill. I gave it to the guy begging outside. Peppinos didn’t deserve it.
Absolutely delicious pizza for a pretty reasonable price. The cheese sticks are my favorite and would recommend everyone try them.
Extraordinary Pizza. The pizza here is extremely good … It in fact was so good I would walk 20 minutes out of my way in the rain in December two nights in a row, because no other place could satisfy like Peppino’s does. The beer was a bit expensive but I didn’t even care cause the food was so good. In two nights I had the: pollo alfredo, buffalo chicken, hawaiian, and meat lovers supreme pizzas, cheese bread and boneless garlic parmesan wings. I was not dissappointed with a single one of them. If you are in Grand Rapids and want pizza this is the place to go!
Average food. Bad service. This place can’t figure out whether it wants to be a sports bar, dance club or restuarant. Interior is sweet though.
