Great Wine, Delicious food with a classy modern day atmosphere. First time dinning at the Reserve and I would have to say it has lived up to it’s reputation of Great wine with wonderfully prepared food. Dinning with me was my younger brother Jon and my good friend Mike. We each started out with some oysters and a flight of dry bubbly champagne to match. After that it was straight for the main course Jon choosing to go for the Lamb Chops with rye berries, re-hydrated apples, grilled onions and celeriac. Mike went for the Swordfish with ruby red grapefruit, frisee, Spanish olives, potatoes and miso vinaigrette. I went for the Moulard Duck Breast with marrow beans ground prosciutto, beat aigredoux, white icicle radish which I took the servers and menus recommendation of pairing with a Zepaitas Pinot Noir. We asked for side plates so we could all try each other’s Main course and I have to say IT WAS ALL GREAT! All the proteins where cooked and seasoned perfectly the dressing’s and sauces where well developed and acted as a great enhancer to the main ingredient and for me the wine pairing did all that and some for the food. Will defiantly be coming back to try some more of their food and wine. Thank you Reserve!
