Husband and I went to celebrate the discovery of our 2nd pregnancy. Staff at front desk was wonderful and made small talk about baby names with us that didn’t seem forced. Service was great and when i asked if they could take a picture of us one of the workers offered to take us around the adjoining hotel. She took multiple pictures of us in the lobby area. The place was very dark which I did not like but it was also nice to have the busy streets of Downtown GR blocked out for a while. Food was 50/50. Both of our meat portions were AWESOME. Husband had steak but I had the chicken and it was by far the best chicken I have ever ate. It came out super super hot and super flavorful. We ordered mashed potatoes and asparagus and both of our sides were luke warm and were severely lacking flavor. By the time the meat was cooled enough to eat the sides were almost cold. But the meat was sooo good that we almost didn’t care! We also ordered cheesecake to split with a cup of coffee. Coffee was great. Cheesecake was great except the crust was way too thick!! They had Congratulations written on the plate for us which was a very nice touch!!! We would definitely go back but next time maybe just a salad with our main course!
