Great Mexican Food!. Tacos el Cuado at the Downtown Market serves the best tacos in Grand Rapids. After living in Mexico and marrying a Mexican woman, I can say that I have tried a lot of Mexican cuisine. Many of the taqueras in Grand Rapids serve greasy tacos with cheap cuts of meat. Tacos el Cuado at the Downtown Market offer authentic, healthy tacos/mexican cusine for a reasonable price. The owner, Mario, does a great job managing his business and is friendly to all of his guests. Highly recommended.
