Overcharged. Food was good but watch your credit card, they over charged me on my account and I have not been able to get it corrected.
Don’t let everyone else’s reviews turn you away from this place. It’s a nice cozy place and they have the best sushi I have ever had! I try to go back as often as possible.
The service is absolutely terrible. We went because of their Living Social deal (which I bought 3 days earlier) so we figured we’d give it a shot rather than go to our favorite sushi joint. Unfortunately they were woefully unprepared for the volume of people coming in for it. There were three waitresses and no one even acknowledged us as we stood at there for over 20 minutes. After another 10 or 15 minutes, we seated ourselves at the bar since they moved a single guy to a four top. We placed our order and waited another 20 minutes before getting water. Took too long to get our drinks, salad, and miso. The rolls arrived shortly afterward. I will say that the rolls were good. But the terrible service won’t make up the difference. When it was time to pay, the server couldn’t get our Living Social deal to work and said it must have been purchased that same day and its just too bad and that we’d have to settle it with Living Social on our own. We asked for the manager since we purchased the deal 3 days earlier and received the email acknowledgement that it was ready. Our server said that she was the manager and made no apologies or attempts to help. To top things off, Living Social now shows the deal is used so I’m out $40. Even if Living Social reinstated it, I’d NEVER go back. Also, the watermelon/cucumber drink is terrible. The sake overpowered it and made it undrinkable. And another note, the restaurant is the size of a postage stamp. There’s much more seating outside but come winter, be prepared to wait even longer for a table.
Horrible customer service . My wife in a leg cast and myself walk into bluefin to have dinner as she waited to get seated she was told she could not sit at the only table available inside because its for 3 or more people and she can sit at the bar she said really I am in a cast. She repeated to us it’s the owner policy . Please keep in mind this was a two seater table joined by another two seater this table could of easily been separated to accommodate her.
My sushi was just ok. It wasn’t cold anymore and didn’t taste as good as just getting some at Kroger. The waitresses were beyond rude when I went there last. My party had 4 but they only had room for 3 at the bar and refused to even try to squeeze in another chair. The girls blew us off and were incredibly rude about the whole situation. I Will not be going back.
I experienced the worst visit ever. I will tell everyone that I know how horrible I was treated at this Resturant. I will never visit here agai
