First the good. The tortilla was good, the chips were great. That’s it. Burrito was $11 and was filled with mostly tasteless rice. I asked for jalapeos to be added, and got maybe 7 in it. The rice and beans on the side tasted like metal. I ordered ice tea and it tasted like water. They said it was because the bag was empty. Not even brewed tea, but fake tea. I’m a nice guy so I didn’t complain. So I just wanted to pay and leave. My bill came to 11.13$.. When I got the slip to sign, it said $111.13!!! She apologized and said ‘we’ re a restaurant, we make mistakes ‘ unbelievable! I wasn’t over drafted or I would have been really upset. Even after this huge mistake, they still charged me once more for the right amount. Sign says best Mexican on the east side… El charros, la Mexican plaza and Rojo are far better than this place. Needless to say, I’ll never dine here again.

Wet burrito is the best. Value. We go twice a month.

I finally stopped in to try the Tex-Mex chili dogs advertised on the sign out front. A tasty and inexpensive lunch.

Wouldn’t call it Tex-Mex…. More, Ameri-Mex. But that qualifier out of the way, you’ll enjoy fresh food, prepared well. I’ve enjoyed the three lunch meals I’ve had here.

Awesome. All I can say about this place is that it’s awesome. The food is better than what you think it would be. Large portions, great service, and very polite employees. I will definetely be back.

The best!. Generous portions, very friendly service, no chrge for extras like sour cream (which you don’t find at most places), reasonably priced, etc. Best Mexican restaurant I’ve found. They value customer satisfaction which keeps us coming back. They have great take-out deals also.
