Great little coffee shop. Morning glory is a great find on the hill. The atmosphere is cozy with great decor inside, and their outdoor patio is covered, without too much road noise and still a fun ambience. I only wish the fireplace put off more heat to the patio area for the cooler days, and there weren’t so many yellow jackets on the warmer days! The service at the counter is a little slow, but gives you plenty of time to ogle the gorgeous cakes and pastries. Coffee is great whether you get a plain brew, cappuccino, or latte and I’ve yet to have a bad pastry here. The mini cannoli’s proportions are a tad off with too much chocolate, but the larger version is true to expectation. I’ll be back regularly.
Lovely location. Great food. Beautiful pastries. Rude cashier (blonde)
What a joke! Who runs this place?
Wonderful. I have ordered multiple cakes from here and besides having beautiful detail and designed exactly how I wanted them, they are the most delicious cakes I have ever had. Cant start my morning without some delicious pastries and fresh coffee from here. It is a wonderful place and I would reccomend it to everyone!!!!
Yum. I think that their pastries are good and prices are reasonable. The bread is very sweet and I love their macarons!!
What Happened???. I’m not sure what has happened to this place in the last month but when it first opened the breakfast pastries were fresh daily. Now they taste old and hard, maybe they are keeping them for a few days now? the cakes in the cases had fun decorations and the tortes where good, I bought one for a family party in June. But the last month everything has been looking and tasting pretty bad! Old ,that’s the only way I can describe it! something is different, and I do not think I will be returning to Morning Glory to find out what, not worth it!
Great Little Coffee Shop!. On a recent trip to the Ford Cottage, my daughters and I spotted this cute little shop and decided to give it a go. The ambiance was laid-back, and the servers were friendly. The prices on the baked goods were pretty reasonable, especially on their cakes. Oh, those little cheesecake bites? AWE. SOME. I definitely plan on going there the next time I’m in GP.
