Okay Pizza, BAD MATH. We have ordered from Arena’s Pizza on Belding Road many times. We like that their crust is thin and not tough. Their sauce is good, not too sweet or too spicy. On the other hand, the topping are pretty skimpy. What really bothers me is their inability to give the correct change. The first couple times I figured they just weren’t very smart. But now that it has happened to me personally three times and I saw it happen to someone else while I was waiting, I suspect intentional dishonesty. Last time they tried to short me $10! We live pretty far away from town, so our options are limited, but I don’t know if we’ll give them another chance.
Worst food experience. I was so excited to try Arenas pizza in Rockford. I heard good things of the location at Fuller.I ordered spaghetti and meatballs. When I got home I opened it up there was barely any sauce, the meatballs were cut in half, burned and the noodles were dry…

The pizza overall tasted really good, however, it was over the top greasy.
Pretty Good. A few years ago I found their pizza soggy, but I tried one last night after a four year hiatus and found it pretty good. I like it better than most of the chains. I prefer to support mom and pop places like this and when they sell a good pie, it’s easy to do. The sauce wasn’t too sweet, which is a frequent problem with many pizza places that think Chef Boyardee is the sauce benchmark.
