  Yuck. Gummy, awful bagels. Why do the egg bagels taste like cheese? Why do they have a giant wet, uncooked spot in the middle. The person behind the counter offered an exchange, I assume all they had were foul, vile disks just like they gave me. Other BA locs in GR are not as horrendous as this place.

  These can not be called bagels. The bagels are like a heavy roll with no flavor. The cinnamon bagels have the flavor of their onion rolls. I asked one of the girls that work there about this and she said it is because the baker puts them in the same sheet as the onion bagels while baking and many people have complained about this. When you order cream cheese on the side the container comes half full. Again I asked about this and was told it was a cost saver. The place has been a mess. The owner has been painting the walls and it is taking him several months now. Blue paint tape over all trim areas have been there for weeks. Place feels dirty. I think the owner must be having financial problems and taking short cuts at the consumer’s expense. The place should be called the Big Rip Off.

  Wow! This place is amazing! I stop in all the time for lunch. I love the fresh bagels, muffins, sandwiches, etc. And the prices are so affordable for everyone. I always leave feeling like I received excellent customer service and a great value and full when I leave. Thanks Big apple Bagel for creating such an awesome experience! James. (customer)
