I love the food here it’s always well priced and the service may not be the kindest on all occasions but it’s always fast and tasty
Too many pickles. I eat there all the time with friends and love their ranch. However, every time I go there I order something that comes with a pickle on the plate and always nicely ask them not to put the pickle on the plate. I just don’t like pickles and it ruins my food when all I can taste is pickles. I have even told them I am allergic to pickles yet every time I get my plate there is a pickle on it or the cook still put it on there and the waitress took it off so i wouldn’t notice but you can still taste it on the food from it sitting there. I know this is not a huge thing but it ruins my dining experience and makes me not want to go there anymore. What is really so hard about not putting a pickle on the plate?
Went there with a restaurant.com certificate just printed off as we left for the restaurant. There ended up being a sign on the door that stated they no longer excepted the certificate. We did not see the one and only sign because someone held the door for us since I was carrying my two year old daughter, therefore I did not see the sign. Okay, they did their part. However I was shocked the manager would not even do anything for us, not even take 10% off which they do for seniors. Customer service is not what it used to be. I repose I did not see the sign so it is my fault, but get real, we were a first time customer and now my family will never go back and I will assure that none of my extended family or friends never go there as well.
Great Soups, Great Service. Love the soups & change daily. Bean and Clam Chowder my favorite…but Chicken Noodle is also very good. Good prices and great service, even when busy, they strive dilligently to make you feel like the most important customer there.
My husband and I go there every Saturday for breakfast. Great food and great staff. Family atmosphere.
Disappointing. We have ate at this restaurant often but today was a disaster, my daughter did not get what she ordered so she sent it back but was going to eat the fries, went to pour some steak sauce on them and the steak sauce was either diluted or had been tampered with as it was as fluid as water, she returned the fries, her son, who had come in later got his order after that and when he got to the bottom of the fries what was there…. diluted steak sauce! They had covered the ones that had been sent back with fresh ones, it was disgusting, when it was brought to the attention of the owner she disputed this as did the cook, we will not be back there again!
