A nice clean place who also makes their own breads and baked goods. The price is worth the homemade items. The menu is not a typical Greek restaurant with too many non-Greek selections, though it would be nice to have a few more authentic dishes.

Meh. I’ve been on the fence about this place for a long time, and I keep leaning toward negative. The food is decent but the prices are increasingly crazy. For a regualar Olga and a drink it’s currently getting up to around $10. You can go to more than one food truck or ethnic eatery in town and get larger portions, with much better flavor, for lower prices. The snackers, the reason most people I know keep going- are basically just salt and fat with some cayenne pepper and cheese. If you really want to smear Velveeta on Doritos, just do it (yeah I’m being harsh, but it’s really pretty similar).Call me when this place will serve a gyro and a pop for $5- we’ll do lunch.
The wraps can’t be beat and the zucchini fries are a great change from french fries; a little salty for those with a sensitivity to sodium.
The orange coolers are my favorite!
COME BACK TO THE BAY AREA. I’m soooo sad my olga’s kitchen closed! they have been around since the early 70’s with locations everywhere around the u.s and these days around 30 in michigan and a few in ohio and illinois. i used to go to olga’s so much since i was little til they closed. i found olga’s to be a great place for me to eat as i began to diet my junior year in high school. i ate dinner there or had take out at least 2 times a week. i was all about the peasant soup with the olga snackers and the chicken caesar salad with plenty of olga bread. well in just over 6 months olga’s helped me among other things to lose 120 lbs.wow! the olga bread was what made them so good! the fun part about olga’s was being able to watch them make the bread from a machine all day long. the bread was similar to a pita yet softer and a nice touch of sweet! i wish i could have some now! the entire menu was great! other highlights include the spinach pie and every single olga sandwich. there is never going to be another place like olga’s and i pray they bring em back out this way before i pass.
