Food quality is good here. Its true that occasionally its inconsistent. I think this is on days when the main lady who manages most of the time isn’t there. Everytime she is there I’ve had good food. Tastes good, meat is generally good consistency (vs chewy meat at some other local chinese places). Fried rice is flavorful but not overly or under salted. Crab rangoons and egg rolls have lots of flavor and are crunchy, not too greasy. All of the usual recipes (the same dishes you find everywhere) made here are outstanding. I’ve never dined in here, but everytime I’ve had carryout or delivery everyone is very friendly. Nothing is over or under cooked. Vegetables maintain a nice consistency. This is hands down the best chinese in the southern area of the city. The only reason its 4.5 instead of 5 is because those rare occasions when the food isn’t right (maybe 5% of the time? An acceptable risk for how good the food is every other time).
