Sooo cute!. I was only visiting here with my friend who was ordering her wedding cake (P.S. those look fabulous too!). Anyway, while I was browsing I couldn’t help but fall in love with the little cafe area, deli, and bakery. I had the chocolate chip cannoli (sp?), cinnamon rugalash, and turtle bar – all were amazing! I thought it was so nice to find something like this place in Lansing. You could get a cup of coffee, buy some treats, or get some groceries. I wish I lived closer to visit more often (but I’m sure my waistline appreciates it!).
Small and quaint! Staff was super friendly! Fantastic place for a sandwich or a snack. We had wonderful sub sandwiches freshly made to order in the deli. Also tried their delicious spinach pie which my 7 year old enjoyed. Might seem a bit confusing if you have never been to an old style deli. There are only about 6 or 7 tables. Go to the back to order your sandwiches, be sure to pick out some yummy desserts, and pay at the front register before enjoying your lunch.
Great Italian Bakery, Fantastic Market. The tiramisu and cannoli are fantastic.They also have a ton of authentic ingredients and spices!
Quality Ingredients. Good place to grab a quick bite. The tiramisu is awesome! You will find pizza by the slice, deli meats and cheeses, spinach pie, subs and much more. I like the bakery, its very unique. There is a huge selection of pastries. I’m always satisfied when I leave here.
Good place to go if you’re old. Yep, nothing but old folks eating that glazed fruit
Intoxicating. The minute you walk into this place, you’ll realize why so many people love it. I have a flashback to my childhood the minute I smell the beautiful aroma of Italian baked goods, Italian spices, and of course, pizza. Roma has a wide variety of sandwich options, and many options for salads and sides as well. Pizza by the slice is really good. The showstopper is the dessert case. A massive selections of baklava, cannolis, tarts, snack cakes, brownies, cookies, and more. Possibly the best bread in town. Just stepping into Roma makes my day. I hope to be a customer another 25 years to come.
