The yogurt and toppings were great, but the customer service was crappy. That’s the reason for the low score. One of the people in my party had a spill on the weight and he asked for a towel and she just pointed to the napkins and made him clean it up. He made a comment about help and she just stood there. Then she just sat on her phone the whole time. Just terrible customer service
