Drive thru line is always super super super long. Slooooow. Food is typically pretty good, unless you go when its slow. Then it tastes like its old. But if you go when its busy, even though sometimes your order may not be 100% perfect, its usually pretty tasty and fresh, and the food items have plenty of filling.

No quality control. I’ve brought home food from here on a few occasions because my wife likes it, but I hate giving them my business. Burritos are often poorly made with all of the meat at one end and sour cream at the other. Order accuracy is terrible. Maybe 40% of my orders have been accurate, historically. If you get drive through you pretty much have to stop and open everything to make sure you got everything. Most of the time you get shorted an item or two.
What can I say? Nachos rule!
