Ambiance: Average seating area on the inside. Not sure how long this place has been open but I spotted some signage that was laying in the corner waiting to be hung. Food: I love the idea of custom sushi for people who you know that claim they don’t like sushi, or eating raw food items. This gives them the chance to add stuff they like. This place makes sushi bowls(similar to Chipotle bowls but with sushi ingredients), and traditional sushi wraps with Seaweed/rice. They offer miso soup but it’s very bland. Service: Friendly staff. They take credit/debit cards & cash.
