My favorite steak house! Sit at the bar & you’ll get the best service. I always order the Ft Worth Ribeye (specify ‘center cut’!) and it is perfect almost every time. I love the peanuts in the shell with my beverage & by the time dinner comes with salad, veggie & rolls…I’m stuffed!
Steak to rare. They can not get my order right .I ordered mid well steak and it keeps coming back rare and acold potatoes . Will not come back here.
Food. Fire. Eat.. Giant portions, mostly reliable service, get wasted and throw peanut shells on the floor. There are worse ways to spend an evening- right up until someone orders the staff to sing the birthday song. Please, don’t ever do that to the staff. If you’ve ever worked a place that made you do that, you’d understand.They even do a decent job treating their vegetables, so if you can sneak your way into a kid-sized 2oz steak and veggies it is possible to have a healthy meal.
Most consistently good steak in Lansing. Good, well seasoned steaks, cooked properly. That’s what they do, and they do it well. The sides and appetizers are solid too. Service is iffy. If you’re ordering an appetizer, wait on ordering dinner until you’ve had some of it, or everything tends to come out at once. Annoying, but the food makes up for it. As an addendum, we’ve had experiences with stuff being cooked wrong when we come here at lunch time only, but have never had this problem during an evening dinner service, and we’ve been here at least 30 times.
Fort Worth Rib Eye Steak. LOVE IT. The steak was sooo delicious. It was like butter in my mouth, juicy and tender. I also liked the selection of sides that come along with the meal–u get to choose 2 sides. I personally got the house salad w oil&vinegar dressing and the steamed veggies, but next time I’m going to try the sweet potato and mashed potatoes. Also, the buns that come along with the meal are delicious. Definitely coming back again!
I go for the catfish & the caesar salad is always good with the warm bread & honey butter. I have never had the steak.
Second time to eat at this restaurant. Will also be the last. Food is just okay. Ordered the grilled chicken salad for lunch. 45 minutes later out came the salad, missing two of the seven ingredients. Waitress knew it was not complete but decided to bring it any way. Asked for iced tea with lemon. No lemon. No straw. Wait time 15 mins to get lemon. Cobwebs every where. Bathrooms disgusting.
