Wanted to give them a chance. Almond boneless chicken, burnt. Crab rangoon,burnt. White rice missing., Fried rice, yellow food coloring and a few scallions. Shrimp/ Lobster sauce, bland, few veggies.What a freaking disaster! 40.00 hard earned dollars, down the drain. Got take out, special occasion, no time to return and complain! NEVER AGAIN. Panda Gourmet is a bit mediocre at times, but miles above this place in taste and preperation! I am pretty mellow,spending all my life in food service…this place really burnt me!
Weve been ordering from Ulike for many years. Not the best but good and quick. However their customer service is horrible. If they make a mistake (like they did with our last order) they will not make any attempt to make it right. They will not refund any money, replace what you order or anything at all. We were told we could return our food with no refund or keep our food with no refund. So we left our food there because it wasnt at all what we ordered and now were out $35. They wouldnt admit their mistake and did not care at all that they took our money and we left with zero food.
