  I’m surprised by the negative comments about this restaurant. I know the owner of the restaurant Farhat. He is one of the hardest working people I know and been in the same area for years from what I remember when I was 20 years old in 1998. I always order the same thing every two weeks there delicious pan pizza supreme. Absolutely delicious. I just recently tried there kabobs a bit spicy for me but hit the spot. I would never go to any other place in Lansing beside this. They know how to treat there customer. Sounds like these people that are writing these comments are writing just to purposely hurt the business as a whole than give an actual review which is such a shame.

  This is the nasty nasty in here the customer service is awful they cuss at there customers dont know how to talk.Dirty as all hell in there. This place needs to be shut down. Gross!!

  Horrible customer service. I placed an order and accidentally called the wrong store. I called back shortly after I realized the mistake and explained and apologized. I was told by the manager that it was fine and that they would just never accept an order from me again. I again explained and apologized and was very rudely told that they don’t need my business. I’m glad they don’t need my business, they won’t ever be getting it again. Don’t give them your business either…

  Cold/late pizza with a side of belligerence…. I can not agree more with the previous post. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. If you want to keep business with your customers it is suggested that you correct your mistakes. I will never recommend this place to anyone. The worst customer service in Lansing, hands down. So if you want cold/late pizza and an argument this is the place for you!

  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!. I was a faithful customer at one point with Pizano’s, we have done business with them well over 2 years… I received an order where the food was cold and asked that he credited the order due to the poor service, it arrived well over an hour after I ordered it. Please keep in mind that they have screwed up orders previously and I never complained. When I called back to receive the credit, he stated that he would credit me a two topping pizza and immediately got belligerent on the phone. It is a shame that the pizza is good but the customer service is horrible. Remember a happy customer will tell one person, an unhappy customer will tell many….

  Surprising!. From the outside, Pizano’s admittedly doesn’t look like much. It’s very small, in a difficult-to-get-to part of town (on the north end, on Grand River by Grand River, ha), with not much else around it, but this place is definitely worth a stop! Their menu is mainly a mix of Italian dishes and American bar food, but it also (somewhat confusingly) has a decent selection of Tex-Mex entrees too. They make all of their soups fresh every day, as well as their salad dressings (including blue cheese!), pasta sauces, and some desserts (they have MSU Dairy Store ice cream, so awesome). They make their own pizza sauce and crust, and you can tell. I went with a large group of people and everyone enjoyed their meals. I had the chicken queso quesadilla dinner (it comes with beans and rice, which are both very tasty), and loved it. The chicken was blackened without being burnt, I got a huge portion for around $10 (which was enough to have it for dinner, and have leftovers for lunch for the next day), and it is delicious. I also had to have a slice of their delicious chocolate cake for dessert, and oh man was it tasty.
