First time visit. During lent Friday nights are spent looking for a good restaurant that possibly sells fish dishes. My husband and I were in Lapeer and came crossed the Blindfish restaurant just by chance. It was excellent! We both ordered grouper parmesan crusted and pecan crusted. We were very pleased we had never had it before and would order it again. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone. The prices were very reasonable and although we didn’t have our children with us, it is kid friendly. Excellent food, waitstaff, and ambiance.
Incredible food. Reasonable if not exceptional prices. If you are within 50 miles it’s worth the detour.
Awesome. The restaurant and bar staff have always been knowledgable and very friendly. Excellent service and food consistently. Great place to eat dinner at the bar as well.
Fresh and Excellent. This is a great surprise for a city such as Lapeer. The portions are large, the prices are very fair and the selection is great. Get here early on weekends because it can fill up rather fast.I’ve been a casual customer to the Blind Fish partner, Lucky’s Steakhouse. Since I always enjoyed eating there, I thought I’d give this place a shot.The bread was a pinch salty but good. The seafood was by far the best I’ve had in a long time. It was fresh, the shrimp was huge and the portions of fish was more than fair. For those that want a break from steak and want some fresh seafood, this is the spot in Lapeer.
Very good food at a good price, I had steak and lobster tail, my wife had maryland chicken…both we’re excellent. Atmosphere was ok, noise level (very busy) wasn’t bad. About the only thing to say was I prefer my steak with less seasoning so you may want to order it that way….$44 for the meal beer and wine isn’t bad at all.
Yummy!. Bread is amazing, all food was great, but I dream about that bread, haha.
Affordable Value. We eat at this restaurant on a regular basis. We often eat at other places that serve seafood such as Red Lobster, Joe’s Crab Shack, etc. We still come back to The Blind Fish over and over again due to the fact that it has delicious food at a GREAT price. Try their prime rib it’s DIVINE!
