We ordered 10 pizza’s from the B-Line Bar for my daughters birthday party. When the delivery didn’t arrive at the scheduled time, I called and was told that the driver put all 10 pizza’s in the car, closed the door and realized that the doors were locked…with his keys in it!I was in a complete panic as I had over 30 people to feed and only limited amount of time left of our venue rental. I spoke to the manager who was already in the process of remaking all 10 pizza’s. He apologized profusely, made no excuses (even though it was an accident and could have happened to anyone) and hand delivered the pizza’s personally!Everyone was starving by then, but within minutes people were saying it was the best pizza they have ever eaten and was well worth the wait!I wouldn’t hesitate to order from the B-line again…You don’t really find great customer service like that anymore!
