Used to go there quite a bit. Ordered a large pizza from them and had it delivered. When it got here, it was clearly a small pizza. Called the restaurant, and the manager there began arguing with me, and said he’d made it himself. Drove all the way there, showed the manager the pizza, and asked if he still thought it was a large. He then changed his story, and said we ordered a small in the first place! I then asked him why he said he made us a large pizza over the phone in the first place, and why I was charged for a large if I supposedly ordered a small. He said all he would do is give me the difference back between a large and a small. Never been back, and never will.
Overcooked Burnt Pizza. I have always been a Jets Pizza fan until I went to this place. Called in a half hour ahead for a super special and told them I’ll be there to pick it up in a half hour. I asked them to hold off making it for ten minutes so I could have it fresh. When I got home we found the pizza was burnt and also had very little pizza sauce. I wanted to take it back but my kids were starving from it being 9:15 at night. We fought through all the grease and ate it anyway with regrets in every bite. Also we asked for flavored garlic crust which was non existent maybe we could not taste it due to the burnt crust. I did call in expecting them to do something and all I got was we are sorry and we will keep an eye on it for next time. This is not what you would expect to here for a pizza that cost over 15 dollars. Nevertheless I will not be a customer of Jets Pizza in Heartland again. I never write reviews and this was my first one ever if that gives you an idea of how bad it really was.
