I ordered the Bourbon BBQ Chicken Sandwich with a side of sweet potato fries. I am not normally a coleslaw girl, but I decided to order it as listed. I am glad I did! This sandwich is a grilled chicken breast smothered in a bourbon BBQ sauce, topped with applewood smoked bacon, cheddar cheese and a house-made coleslaw. YUM. I love chicken, but I am also really fussy about it. It can’t be too dry, and if I end up getting a piece of chicken fat anywhere it’s usually game over. The chicken was PERFECT.
Good pizza and wings (over-priced), sandwiches-so so. Aubrees in Marquette is at a nice location and has a nice atmosphere. The pizza is very good–good sauce and dough with a good balance of toppings. I like their traditional chicken wings and their Frog Island BBQ sauce is excellent. The Buffalo sauce is good, though not spicy hot. They can kick it up a notch. A big issue I have with Aubrees MQT is that the wings are way over-priced. I consider myself a chicken wing connoisseur and would rate these up on the list, but the price is prohibitive. Their sandwiches are mediocre in my opinion. I have tried their burgers, which are good. I recently had their shrimp po boy, and I was disappointed. The bread was dry, the shrimp actually was kind of fishy tasting, which I have never experienced. The sauce was so-so. I think it had avocado chunks in it, which distracted from the shrimp. It should focus on slaw. I would not recommend this. I am not sure if this is a permanent menu item.Their cheese bread is a hit–with their good pizza and ranch dipping sauces. In a 5 star system, I would rate Aubrees pizza and wings at 4 stars, but their sandwiches at 2.5. Message to Aubrees MQT: Lower the price of wings or add more wings. Improve your sandwiches.

Worst. Terrible service. We ordered a pizza and waited an hour and then called. They said it was on the way. After another 15 minutes we called back and they said it was still on the way. After another 15 minutes we called back and they said they forgot to give the order to the kitchen. Very rude people and very unhappy.
We had an awesome Sicilian pizza substituting canadian bacon for the salami on a wheat crust. We received great service from Brittany and enjoyed the Michigan beers available.
Scary. I ate here a few times and liked it, until I got to know a few people who used to work here. After hearing stories about what happens to the food, I will never, ever eat there again. As someone who worked through college in the restaurant industry, it’s usually tough to frighten me with kitchen stories, but this one sure did it.
Good. The pizza is very good. Nice casual dining.
