Wedding Cake. On Aug 22nd 2009 I was a bridesmaid in a wedding that featured a cake made by Gemma from Gophers. It was AMAZING. The vanilla buttercream was perfect and didn’t taste chalky and too sweet. The chocolate mousse and raspberry swirl filling was to die for. The cake itself was also vanilla and very moist and delicious. I highly recommend Gophers for your special occasion cakes. It looked gorgeous and tasted great!
