Our company had it’s annual holiday dinner here and it did not disappoint. The service was very attentive and friendly. The food was outstanding. We were provided a special menu created by the chef, so I can’t recommend specific dishes. I will say the short rib entree I had was out of this world! Iridescence also has a good selection of wines and house cocktails.
We went to have dinner at the casino in honor of a friends mother that passed away quite some time ago, we go to a casino every year as she loved her cards. We went to Motor City and had dinner at Iridescence and wow what a meal. I personally like going to Wolfgang in MGM but my steak at Iridescence blew Wolfgang away. The service was wonderful and we happened to be there while they did the show projected onto the old detroit train station Ford just purchased. Absolutely amazing. Ill definitely be back.
Pretty good!. After hearing lots of great things about Iridescence I finally decided to try it. Food was unique and very good. My only disappointment was the lack of knowledge from our server and wine sommelier. If you want to call this fine dining you have to be knowledgeable about what you’re serving. However, the other server, Brandy, was phenomenal and we had a great time with her 🙂
Iridescence is one of the top restaurants in the state! The food is flavorful, and presented in a very appealing way. The view and ambience is priceless. The service is also great & they make you feel like a king.
Very expensive and very pretensive. Tries way too hard to be high end. Much better choices exist for high end dining in Detroit.
This place has great atmosphere, and great service. The appetizers are good… But as far as food goes, very bland. Mashed potatoes tasted like they were boxed. Our server was excellent. Shaun was very polite, and very courteous. He is a reason why I would come back…for drinks that is. I was skeptical about the awards given to this restaurant by the Detroit Free Press…and I was right. All in all this place is very Overrated!
Took my dad for Father’s Day. The view was very nice. The signature martini was great. The food was good. Helios (waiter) was 1derful, everything he suggested was good. The staff was very pleasent. A bit pricey but worth it.
