Terrible service, mediocre food. We went on a Monday for lunch. Sat outside, which is very nice. The service was SLOW and lazy. My friend got her sandwich with NO prosciutto, we got our salad Nicoise with no green beans & when we asked for change for a $20, got $19 back. The food was mediocre, but with service that slow and so little attention to detail I will not give it a second chance.

This is an amazing find! Only the small colorful rooster sign belies the wonder you are about to encounter once past the very pedestrian exterior and what looks like a stock room immediately past the entry door. But follow the sounds 10 more feet and when you round the corner… Never, and I mean never, have I been so happily surprised. Just know that the food, service, and drink is as good as it gets.

Maybe it’s the bright yellow walls, or the fact that their hot chocolate comes in a small bowl…I just love this place! My favorite crepe is the one with spinach, goat cheese, and pine nuts. The spinach is cooked just right (not too cooked, not too crunchy). It comes with a small side salad, so you can eat a tasty lunch without feeling gross and overstuffed. It also has a great local vibe. You really have to try it! The one downside is that their hours are a little unpredictable, so visit their website before you go just to make sure they’re open.

Love it! The texture of the crpes was spot on! Definitely a hidden gem!

Hidden Jewel. This is a small hidden jewel in Corktown. The menu is limited but it is a bistro. The crepes are as good as any we had in France. Prices are very reasonable and it is a place to which we will make a special trip for lunch or an early light dinner.
