On a recent visit to Detroit, I was told to try Pizza Papalis for their Chicago style deep dish pizzas. We were 4 people and had the Gourmet chicken deep dish pizza…it takes 45 mins to make so it’s better to get the order in quickly. While we waited for the pizza we had mozzarella cheese sticks and feta spinach garlic bread with a pitcher of some chilled beer. The mozzarella sticks were really crispy and cheesy hitting just the right spot with the chilled beer. Then came the pizza and it was just delicious, with the Mariana sauce made so well and filled with chicken..yumm.. service was really friendly and helpful.
