Swirls ice cream. I goto swirls all the time I believe it is the best ice cream in Monroe county!! I just wish their hours where longer for these hot summer nights.
NOT KID FRIENDLY. My 4 yr …. NOT KID FRIENDLY. My 4 yr old newphew had dropped his ice cream cone by accident. Cause kids do that. I believe it was The owner himself, had charged us for another ice cream cone. I have never heard of that. So they advertirse kid friendly But that doesnt sound like it to me
Newport diner. Great ice cream, friendly staff and very clean! I love taking my kids there.
Monroe diner. I take my dog to Swirls all the time! They must have changed their policy because they seem to love dogs now.

Wont go there again. The swirls ice cream in newport mi i will never go to again. I had walked my dog up to the window because there was no one there. i was told i can not bring my dog up here. as i have seen other dogs there before. They should put a no dog sign allowed.i will not be going back.
Fast Service. Love the drive through window. I order and by the time I ride my ‘hog’ to the window the dude hands the cone to me. Cold, cold soft serve and the cone is bigger than other places.
