My favorite Japanese restaurant in the area. Great sushi and entrees. The spicy beef, shrimp tempura, veggie tempura, and curry are all delicious. I will admit I’m not huge on raw fish, but I do live their Avocado and Unagi rolls. The Spicy Tuna is pretty good too. All around a great little hidden gem with the nicest owners around.
My favorite sushi place in Lansing! The sushi is always well-Prepared and delicious, the food is authentic and tasty, and their unagi is so much less fatty than other restaurants’. Their prices are reasonable, so you can enjoy more of the superior sushi for less money!
Simple and delicious. Great people.. I’m so glad I stumbled upon this quaint little sushi joint. It has about the same level of atmosphere as a diner (so if you’re looking to impress your date with ambiance this isn’t your place). What is impressive is the service and the quality of the food. I haven’t had any of the fancier dishes, but all of the simple rolls are reasonably priced and among the best I’ve ever had. There are only 3 or so people that I’ve seen work there, so you really get a personal, familiar feeling from them if you go there often. A great place to take a friend for lunch, or grab something to go after work.
