Don’t mind the hours on the door, we close when it’s convenient for us…. I went to go get dinner after class tonight and thought I’d stop into Guido’s on my way home. I hadn’t been there in awhile and their food is usually pretty good. It was 9:45 but I was pleased to see the open sign illuminated as I was pulling into the parking lot.As I was pulling up into a spot I noticed someone running away from the door, thought it might have been the delivery guy or something. As I got to the front door I saw a couple people peeking around from the back room and then realized the door was locked. Not the delivery guy, some lazy employee who didn’t want to finish his shift. As I looked back up they quickly disappeared into the back room. I knocked but nothing.I don’t care if you want to go home before 10pm, I probably wouldn’t want to be at work that late either. But if that’s the case you need to change your hours and turn off your OPEN sign when you choose to be lazy.If this is the way you’re going to treat your customers, like some sort of intruder, I will get my pizza elsewhere from now on. Cottage Inn made me a great pizza and didn’t make me feel like I wasn’t wanted.
