Well if you look at the older comments in this blog you will see many are happy with the freshness and quality. But the last 2 times we went there it was not so good. The freshness is gone from the entrees, the heart shaped rice portion is no longer and overall the flavor is BLAHH! im so disappointed, I do believe there is a new owner and if they want to survive they need to get some real Thai cuisine offered. Thai to me (vs other Asian Cusine) is based on very fresh vegetables, lightly cooked and well spiced, noting that spice may or may not take on heat, but always has flavor and freshness. Sadly, Thai Princess no longer offers that quality as they did once upon a time:( Oh and no more alcohol either, a nice gin and tonic went well with a spicy curry
