Unpleasantly Surprised. We used to go to the Alpine Wild Chef ALL the time. This Holland location is no where near as good. Very bland. Steak was chewy and one piece had a bone chunk in it. The rice didn’t have any egg in it and was BORING. The entire restaurant seemed run downed and dirty. Bathroom (single) was dirty and dark. Won’t be back.
Good food and fun too.. We have been here and had both the hibachi dinner and then eaten regular entrees as well. Both were very good. If you are a sushi fan, they also have a nice selection. If you are tired of the standard burger, pizza joints, and chain restaurants that plague Holland, do not miss this restaurant. You will not be disappointed!!
Fun Atmosphere for Groups, Good Food. We always go here for the Hibachi grill, which is fun if you have a group. I would imagine it could be a little awkward with just two. No matter what the food has always been very good. It is a little on the expensive side though, so we don’t go all the time, but I thoroughly enjoy it when we do.
