Owosso has another hidden gem. Breakfast or Lunch, the food is fresh and spectacularly flavorful with a top contender for Best Biscuits and Gravy in town (top 2). The decor and atmosphere is perfect for a tea shop and the hat rack is a special touch for the kids. Little girls will love the Tea Party novelty while parents will love the fantastic tea (even if your not a tea fan) and the wonderful and unique foods (scone and Devonshire Cream suggested- you’re welcome). Prices are also not expensive as a 1 $ shows. Service was friendly and attentive which adds to the experience. The only downfall of this place is that it’s very female oriented and focused. Not that they shun away males (in fact, they are very inviting), but the restaurant knows who it’s main patrons are and caters to it. Absolutely a top restaurant in the area and a must stop if you’re in town.
