Sadly Not so good anymore. Took my husband out for his birthday to Ann Arbor, Ichiban. We’ve been fans since they opened & enjoyed bringing friends and family over the years. However this is two times in a row now the food was over cooked and tasteless. Steak ordered med rare was so overcooked it had no pink and was dry. Salmon ordered rare was raw not braised. The stir fried mixed veggies that used to cover half you plate won’t cover a quarter of it and were tasteless. Very sad TO SAY WE WON’T BE GOING BACK. At $23 a plate it should be melt in your mouth delish and lots of it.

I’ve been here multiple times and they’re food is delicious! Sushi is also pretty decent too. 30% off at dinner. This one is much better than the canton location. Though when its slower I have had slow service but the food makes up for it. Salmon, chicken, shrimp, and rice all very good! Sauces are too
Not Horrible. Interesting experience is all I can say. The manager blankly stared at me when I walked into the restaurant. I said I am waiting for someone, in which he did not even reply, looked down and then walked into the kitchen. The lobster was dry and tasteless. The shrimp was ok. If not for the filet, it would have been a big bust. The filet was really tasty. Note to self…if you go to Ichiban….order the filet and you will be happy 🙂
