5 Star. There isn’t words to describe my experience with Bradford & Benamer’s cheesecake. It isn’t overpowering, lite on the sugar, so creamy it is hands down the best cheesecake I’ve eaten! I set an interview up with the owners, so check back next week for the post. Great people who are focused on a great product & gaining jobs in Michigan. The best cheesecake ever. I think I can say I’ve eaten cheesecakes from all over the world. And this is the best. Cheesecakes can go wrong so easily by being too dense, too sweet. Their cheesecakes are less dense, less sweet, but the richest. I don’t know how they can do it! Plymouth is quite a drive for us, but I am sure that we’ll be back soon.
