Now this is what a local bar and grill should be. The menu is just the right amount of original. It’s basically items you’d see on any bar menu but with some personal touches that don’t completely overhaul the dishes, just enhance them enough to make them special. A good example of this is the fish tacos. The sauces blend in a way that is extraordinary. It’s really much more of a taco than a fish dish, which I find as a pleasant change of pace for fish tacos. The ribs are outstanding. Not over smoked at all. They simply cook rids low and slow and let the meat and sauce speak for themselves. The wife found the lobster bisques to be tomato soup and was disappointed. I kind of agree, but in EG Nick’s defense, it’s Michigan, we don’t have fresh lobster, and it was a $5 bowl of soup. We shouldn’t expect chunks of New England lobster tail on the spoon…. I think what I like most is the fact that the chef obviously understands that good ingredients often times don’t need much help. A lesson that most chefs take a lifetime to learn… But this is a review, not a statement on culinary ideologies, so, friends, eat here and eat well.

Amazing!. This place was amazing. Good portions for good prices. If you are a Chocolate Lava Cake Lover like I’am- go a little early for dinner about 6:30 because by 7:00 they run out of this dessert for the night! We took the last lava cake of the evening.
Love it!. I had a great dining experience! This place has huge portions at very fair prices! The food was excellent and the service was great. Also, the new patio is the perfect spot to relax with friends or family. I hear they have great happy hour specials. My girlfriends and I are excited to go back.
