Went there for Thanksgiving buffet. Seating was quick, and Chris our server was excellent, as was the entire staff. The food was very good, and the restaurant was busy, but all went smoothly. Its not an inexpensive place, but I feel it’s worth the money. I have eaten more expensive meals, I would go back again.
Worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Service was terrible. We waiting 15 minutes before a hostess even showed up to greet us. The restaurant wasn’t even busy. Our server took forever and served our food cold. We had to ask several times for drinks and still never got them. The food was disgusting. Nothing is fresh. Everything is clearly frozen and warmed up. The mashed potatoes were instant! The restaurant itself is filthy. Tables were left in-cleared… We counted 8 around us at one time. Every surface is covered in a layer of dust. Our napkins were stained. The silverware had food stuck on them. I was afraid to eat anything. The only reason why we didn’t get up and leave was because we had a gift certificate that we needed to use since we already paid for it. Luckily we didn’t get sick. This place needs to be shut down!!!!
Go for the Location. Love the trains/ambiance, but the food was over priced…scrod was under-cooked, not sure they know what Caesar dressing is, but it wasn’t on my Caesar salad. Fun place to sit at a bar and enjoy, but skip dinner there.
Wonderful brunch!!
Overall the food was good although it was grossly overpriced. The total bill was 60 dollars for two entrees a glass of wine and a beer. The waiter recommended a terrible wine and didn’t ask how the steak should be cooked. I’d look elsewhere before going here again.
Served Raw Food. I heard great things about this place and was looking forward to trying it. Our appetizer was great. My main dish Salmon, was recieved uncooked! and my boyfriend ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, and the meatballs were over-cooked. They took the salmon off my bill and offered to replace the meal; but I totally lost my appetite after seeing my food was clearly raw. They tried to tell me that’s how Salmon should be cooked. I don’t agree. Not sure if I will give them a second chance.
Exellent fish and chips, good burgers cool atmosphere, they have model trains going around tracks mounted up high on the sides of the walls. and the building is right next to the train tracks, and there’s a good chance you’ll see or hear one. the goalie of the detroit red wings, chris osgood, frequents there, an there is signed memorabilia on the walls. clean bathrooms as well
