What the hell is going on in that place it is a wreck ! Where did all the good servers go ? Why has the Quality of the food took such a severe turn for the worse ? Where is the management where is the structure where is the leadership what a shame such a beautiful restaurant and they use to have the best food now it’s just a dive a place where the Drinkers go to continue to drink after the bars close. Sad really when u think about it ! Someone who cares should take control and give the city of Roseville back the restaurant that was one so loved by the community,
Horrible service … Rude !!! Big lady the so call manger yells all around the restaurant !!! Never go again !!! Owner never saw him that’s why the restaurant is the way it is !!!!

I have been to Nonis plenty of times, but unfortunately tonight was god awful! For starters we sat there 10 mins before anyone came to get our drink order& then we sat at least another 10 mins waiting for our server to come over and get our food order. When she appeared at the table she had food on her face apparently that was more important than her guests. She brought us bread that was so rubbery most likely from microwaving it since when I asked for fresh bread it was 100 times better. Then she never came back to check on us… I was highly disappointed because I invited my boyfriends parents there knowing I usually have great food-service but even the food was sort of cold. She never came back to check on us until we were all staring around waiting on boxes or I would have brought that to her attention as well&to put the frosting on the cake she gave us the wrong bill& didn’t even sympathetically say sorry she laughed after saying it.. Never will I ever return to this restaurant unfortunaly due to such a terrible visit when it was once my favorite go to spot.
Absolutely ridiculous!! Tried ordering carry outs on mutiple occassions and was told I was not able to order a kids meal on carryout. I was also told once that in order to get a kid’s meal I must have the child with me when picking up the order. Although a drive thru carryout window is conveinient, what good does it do for a family ordering out?? Btw…all of my orders were $30 or more prior to adding on the kid’s meals. Truly baffled on how this place can stay in business with such terrible customer service & rules such as these.
Where did she go ???. I never really ate at Nonis grille , yes I have been there in the past not my place of choice but got carry out a few times , one morning maybe 6 months ago called in a carry out on my way to work cause Tim Hortons had no blueberry bagels , so called Nonis , women answered NONIS THIS IS CATHY HOW MAY I HELP YOU ! And I was like wow you have got to be the most happiest person in the world , she replied, yeah I get that a lot , I love my job , and I love Nonis , and that was just amazing to me, in fact I went to work that day feeling a little different about my job because of her love for what she does ! Anyhow she ended our call with see u in about 5 minutes second window drive thru and please drive safe ! I have never been told to drive safe from a waitress or cashier or anyone other then a family member that left something with me that day and it has stuck with me , and every time I have called there after, she has always ended the call with those same words ! I was greeted with a smile and a good morning and thank you for coming ! Never had that experience before meeting this Cathy ! So I have sense then made it a point to give Cathy at Nonis grille my business I feel she appreciates me coming no matter what the dollar amount ! May not be her place but you would never no that it wasn’t !I called this week expecting to hear her up lifting voice , and really wanting too because these days happy people are not so easy to find ! And her love for life has more then once changed my attitude of the day ! So I call and to my surprise it was not the happy , glad you called Cathy that I expected ! 🙁 I place my order go to pick it up asked the young lady where is my Cathy and she said not really sure I know the owner was yelling at her she was crying walked out that day and they fired her !!!!!! And I was like.. You have got to be joking she said no I wish I was , we all loved her and our customers are freaking out ! And the owner he don’t care about anyone she said ! l was wowed ! So I say this , when a place doesn’t value a worker who treats everyone as if she owned the place and the smile she Carry’s and she is for sure the reason many go to Nonis , then they don’t value me or you our your business ! I will never return to Nonis and I will surely spread the word for anyone I no to stay away ! CATHY or anyone who knows her if you read this please pass it along to her tell her she is missed and that she made a difference in my day when coming to get my breakfast sandwich , and never stop smiling you are one of a kind ! I can get a better cheaper breakfast sandwich any place she made me want to come to Nonis ! Everyone should think about this story and what the world is today we need to value the people who still try to make the world a better place cause there are not many out there anymore ! BLESS YOU ALL ! Keep smiling and stay away from that dead zone called Nonis grille ! They can’t cook eggs there anyhow !
