3/16/18 Ordered my favorite Ruben that they only have once a year now for some reason. It was great and my wife had the Italian and it was good to her. I would rate higher if they would sell all the time.
Great subs, called grinders, that come in much different style than most sub shops. They are cooked open faced like a pizza which roasts bread, warms meat and melts cheese. Then they add the cold ingredients when it comes out of oven. The Italian sun has been my long time favorite. They serve pizza too but the grinders are the best in my opinion. They are large. A half sub is 8 and is enough for most people. The full 16 sub is good to share between two (much cheaper than buying two separate halves). They also serve pasta dishes which are rich in cheese. My daughter ate the Alfredo pasta and it was delicious.
Left a $35 tip for great service on my credit card bill. Then I found out that none of the servers got the money because the owner doesn’t share tips left on credit cards. Leave cash!!!!
