This little diner in Saline has real wood fired smoked meats. Smoker sits across the street at the old Union School building. They apparently use locally sourced cherry wood only. Sauces are very good and I really like the sides. Ribs were falling off the bone, Brisket was melt in your mouth tender and the smoked salmon is do die for!
