Chris from SL. If you love bland and i mean bland Chinese food this is your place.
Drove about 7 miles to south Lyon, paid 22.00 for 2 combination dinners( one of which they got wrong). Had to pay xtra for rolls. Anyway it was the worst food ever. And the egg rolls must have been freezer Burnt tasted awful. Never again
Small dinner portions…not very tasty!. I am new to South Lyon. I tried this place because of a coupon in the mail. The staff was not friendly, the food was over-priced, the dinner portion was very small (I always have left-overs from my Chinese dinners). I guess I was very spoiled by Canton China in Canton, MI. I would never suggest this place to anyone.
Nice place, good food, but tiny lunch portions; probably half the size you usually get.
This is the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. Almond boneless chicken is fantastic!
I’d give it 5 stars!. The food is absoulutely delicious! I would recommend the almond chicken and white rice.a little soy sauce goes along way… And for picky eaters, they even have ketchup! The staff are kind and friendly.(I especially like kitty!) The waitresses and waiters even know me by name and what my usual is! wonderfully affordable, I go there at least once a month.
Great Chinese Food!. I highly recommend Fortuna Inn (or its sister restaurant Great China in Brighton)! My wife and I LOVE this place! The food is great and affordable. The menu is fantastic (my personal favorites are Sesame Chicken, Almond Boneless Chicken and Yang Chow Fried Rice); the hardest part deciding what to order. The combination plates are a great value, especially if you’re dining solo. For those who like to share I recommend ordering a few quarts of various dishes with an order of egg rolls on the side. This option allows you to experience several delicacies off the menu at one sitting. The restaurant has great ambiance and the staff is friendly. If you prefer carry out, the staff will have you ready to go in about 20 minutes.
