Total Dump. Stay away from this place. I have given them 5 tries and they fail each time. The place smells like sewage. The food is horrible. The place is not clean and the service is terrible. It seriously seems like teenagers are running the place.
Really great pizza, quality ingredients and very tasty. One of the only places in south lyon that serves late at night, though it is limited to a late night menu of typical bar food at this time. Live music on some nights with decent musicians. Mixed age crowd at night during the late nights, ages 25-60, but still south lyon. its fun though if you want a little more liveliness than the usual wholesome south lyon.
I’m new to south Lyon and found the hotel tO be my local bar of choise. good atmosphere, decent food. Okay to watch a game if you get a bar seat or a table close to the bar. Service has been good to average, never bad.
I used to love the food here. Their deep fried pickle speers worth making a stop for. But now the speers are chips and when asking the waitress why more speers she says no more speers just chips…..ordered the onion rings they were awesome. Very impressed. That didn’t last long. Ordered the signature calzone….it supposed to have chicken broccoli alfredosauce and bacon in it. I used to love the huge chunks of fresh broccoli….the perfect blend of everything with a side of marinara….what I got was a whole lotta bacon sauce some precooked processed chicken and a smear of finely pulverized broccoli. I couldn’t eat it. My friend had their big burritto…it was microwaved to melt the cheese and the tortilla hard because of it……so sad. So bottom line if you want beer and onions rings go there but if you’re looking for the great food they used to have its gone. A real shame.
The food has really gone down lately, and as I have seen more under-staffed. I have given them a fair number of trials, but I’m done.
Thid place is really going down hill. I ordered a salad the last time I went there and not only did I find a fly in my food, dead, but also moly lettuve. Done with this place, for sure.
The hotel has been going down hill for the past 2 years. Last night was the final time ordering food from them. My sandwich had green mold down the side of my sub bun. How gross! Just tells you they are not turning over there bread products. I will no longer be a customer.
