So far so good. Had a blt the first night. Tonight the chicken penne alfredo. Must say I like it. Going to hit prime rib night and will post some pics then. Staff is above awesome. Friendly and very nice. Salad was delicious but could have had more options. But I’m not complaining.

Horrible Food. Apparently the kitchen has fallen apart at this once proud establishment. Steaks were horrible; cold, tough and not seasoned well. Baked potatoes ice cold. Veggie sides not cooked at all. Desserts: choices very limited (they were out of several things) and poorly put together. Service was okay, kept apologizing for the kitchen problems. Said they had equipment problems. Thank goodness we had a half off coupon, as it was we spent close to $100 for NOTHING.
Best Steaks Downriver. For over 20 years my family has dozens of great steaks and breakfast buffets inside the Holiday Inn. It’s a 5 star restaurant at 2 star prices. Our favorite is the prime rib mega cut served to your liking, mine with a side of horsey and mayo mixture with lots of aujus. All the meals come with a super salad Bar and two fabulous soups. Really cool is the salad plates are in a freezer you pick out of. A beautiful bright decorated restaurant with a fireplace which we love to sit by while having dinner. The service and hot baked bread delivered on a board with a garlic whipped butter is enough to make me drool. Charlies has been around for over 35 years, you think something is done right, to know you gotta try them. All beef is Certified Angus, soups,salads and bread made fresh daily.
