The best in town!. I have been going there since the early 1960’s as a little kid with my mom. Here it is 2013 and I still go as often as I can whenever I’m in the neighborhood. My 14 year old grandson loves them as well. Last Saturday it was his idea to go there. He says they are the best darn burgers in town!!! ….and I agree!!!
Motz. I use to stop her after school for a burger. They were the best I ever had! I’m glad to see they are still in business after all these years. I no longer live there, but I will never forget how great these burgers were.
Went back for the double… Have to say I still am a true fan of the classic single and I know I will not be in the norm on this one but… I pefer no cheese! Enjoy!!04 Mar, 2013Awesome place! Classic sliders at its finest! I did venture to try the Mexican burger, a larger patty stuffed with Jalepena’s. Had all the topping, onions, cheese, lettuce, pickle, tomatoe…etc…etc… I have to say the sliders are the way to go for sure! Dont waste your time on the big special burgers go for the classic. I did hear from.the cook that the doubles are the best so I know what I’m going for next time. Enjoy!
Great sliders. Bustling little spot euth decent parking. Easy freeway access. Stop in for a taste if Detroit!!
Motz hamburgers gets my vote. I drove past this place for years without trying it. Now I finally took the plunge and it awesome! They might actually be better than telway. I’m a huge fan of telway but this place just has some ghetto fabulous hamburgers. I tried the double cheese and I was in hamburger heaven. They are cheap too!!!
DETROIT SLIDERS. OK folks being raised in the hood this place has always been number one with me, formally called Mott’s it’s still all the same great freshest juicy burgers and coffee they’ve always had. A small type white porcelain building with a dozen stools you get to see the racks of fresh some balls of burgers throw on a flat grill with heavy stringy onions Oh Yea. Directly across from Detroit’s produce terminal where the movie Hoffa was filmed and next to the old 4th precinct of Detroit’s finest police department. A must try for all you Carters and Telway fans. They really have the most friendly staff to go along with those juicy burgers. albeerpoe.blogspot.com
