Authentic. I lived in Austin, TX for a few years and Taqueria Lupitas is on par with any taqueria I frequented there. If you’ve been to Torchy’s in Austin, this is very similar. Very fresh, very fast, and cheap! If you want some deep fried, cheesy, gravy-drenched Tex Mex, go to Xolchimico’s. If you’re looking for something lighter and authentic, try Taqueria Lupitas.
