Bad food and service. The title says it all.. It took them 25 minutes to get me a salad and the place is only a quarter full.. Overrated in the boneless chicken wings were more like bad chicken McNuggets.. Do not go to this place. Plus it cost me 12 bucks to get a salad and boneless chicken wings.
It is exactly what you would expect. Loud, bar atmosphere with good wings and bar food.
Waitress was great.. Best waitress (Ashley P) so far in Traverse as we are new to the area. Food was good but weird. Burger was way to big for bun. Fish tacos didnt flow well in the tortilla. Great atmosphere with many tv’s and games going on. Real lively and good music playing. Host at the door was patient with us and was real polite. Will go back again.
Service. Actually I don’t like signing in for anything but I really wanted BWW to know they have a great server. Ashley G in Traverse City impressed me with her memory, great attitude and uplifting spirit. Keep her!!!
Not impressed – mostly. I’ve been a big fan of B-Dubs for years and was very pleased to hear that they were putting one in here in Traverse City. I was, as always, very happy with the hot wings, but there are multiple negatives about this particular restaurant. First off, it seems like they made a point to hire unattractive people, both servers and bussers. Seems strange for a new restaurant in a down economy to have (pardon my bluntness) fat, homely servers handling food and service. There were no toothpicks provided to sample the sauces, and the sauces cost like 50 cents additional each (bad taste). No celery comes with the hot wings, which is kind of a tradition, and they DON’T DO PITCHERS OF BEER. Wtf? The service was okay, but we had to keep asking for extra napkins and didn’t get many. Probably a good idea to keep them on hand at the table. I’ve been there a few times now and had the same experiences each time. I’ll keep going back because I love the wings, but there are a lot of improvements to be made.
Its new to the area and they are working on still fine tuning everything but still the same great food
