I have mixed feelings about Georgina’s. The atmosphere is great, although it does get a little loud. And the food is amazing. I knocked off a star because it’s really expensive for what you are getting… $16 for some pork tacos. I’ve had better for the price. But that would not stop me from going back either.
Really creative menu combining Asian dishes (like Pad Thai and dumplings) and Latin dishes (meat, rice and beans, plantains) with a decent selection of beer. We enjoyed our meals. Ambiance was a bit chaotic and cramped, but food was good.
A favorite place to eat! Awesome food! I love to eat the Latin and my husband loves to eat the Asian. We have loved everything we have tried.
Love a place that lives up to the hype! Very creative menu, everyone loved their food. Outstanding service was an added plus. Have to go back and try more of this great menu!
Georgina’s is still the best! I was nervous about eating here for the first time since the move, but the food proved to be just as good as ever. Try the Tostadas de Lechon or Curry Pineapple Chancho. Delicious!
My new favorite restaurant in Traverse City. The food was absolutely wonderful and the menu was so diverse. I had a noodle bowl that ended up being lunch, dinner, and lunch the next day. The tacos are also fantastic and the Latin menu has such a unique and incredible blend of flavors I haven’t found anywhere else in town. Our waiter was a lot of fun and our service was quick. No complaints whatsoever!
So many wonderful dishes!. Where do I start?! I’ve introduced several folks to Georgina’s and each one has enjoyed their meal The new location is much larger than the previous location and the only downside mentioned by the last three folks I’ve taken there is the noise level of the music If you’re visiting downtown Traverse City Georgina’s is a great place to visit for lunch or dinner.
