The Right Brain Salon & Saloon in Traverse City is downright weird. We stopped on our way back to the cottage to check it out. Door on the right to the beauty salon, door to the left to the saloon. We took the left hand door, entered a huge space filled with stuff for kids of many ages to play with. Several small children were playing corn hole with their pie holes at full volume. We went to the bar and ordered. The bartender was nice, efficient and personable. The beer was good. The noise was awful. The clientele a bit odd. The decor is very odd with mannequin parts, odd sculptures, local art and a wall of mugs. Nothing would make me wish to return.
